The Private 1:1 · Add-on to The Rewire

The group finds the pattern. The 1:1 releases it.

Sixty minutes, private, with Judy — using MER™ (Mental and Emotional Release) and the release techniques that amplify everything the group coaching opens up. One pattern. Found, and taken apart at the root.

$997 early enrollment + $1,000 private 1:1 = $1,997 · early enrollment closes September 7

What the session is

Not a coaching call. A release session.

A coaching call gives you a plan. You already have plans. This is different work: sixty minutes inside your own timeline, locating the moment a belief got installed and releasing the emotion holding it in place. You don't talk your way out of a pattern. You take the charge out of it, and it stops choosing for you.

In the cohort, the pattern gets named in a room with other people. In here, it gets handled — privately, at your pace, with nothing you have to perform.

What MER™ release work actually does

Four things change in one hour.

It finds the root, not the story

MER™ works with the first event that installed the emotion, not the last one that triggered it. We go to where the pattern started and release the charge that has been running it ever since.

It clears the emotion under the belief

Insight rarely changes behavior — stored emotion does. Anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt: the session releases the specific ones stacked underneath your ceiling.

It resets the decision you keep re-making

Once the charge is gone, the old decision loses its evidence. The negotiation, the pricing, the ask, the boundary — all of it gets made from a different place.

It amplifies the group work

You come back to the next cohort call without the resistance you walked in with. The material lands faster because there is less left to defend.

Who it's for

You already know the pattern. You're tired of watching it run.

  • You can articulate exactly what you do — and you still do it.
  • The group room is useful, and you want the deeper cut without an audience.
  • There's one thing you'd rather not say out loud in a cohort call.
  • You want the four weeks to move faster than they otherwise would.

How it fits the four weeks

Book it wherever it will do the most.

Before Week One

Best if you already know the pattern and want to arrive with it half-cleared. The group calls then build on open ground.

Between Weeks Two and Three

The most common choice. By then the cohort has named the specific belief, and the session has an exact target.

After Week Four

Use it as a consolidation session — release what surfaced in the final call before the 30-day integration checkpoint.

Bring one situation you keep repeating — a conversation, a number, a relationship dynamic. That's all the preparation required. Sessions are held over video and aren't recorded, so you can be completely honest.

Questions

Before you add it

How long is the session?

Sixty minutes, live with Judy, one to one.

Do I need experience with NLP or MER™?

No. Judy leads the entire process. Your only job is to answer honestly and let the release happen.

When do I book it?

You'll get a scheduling link after enrollment and book any time inside the four weeks of the cohort.

Can I add it later?

Yes, but the $1,000 add-on price is tied to the enrollment window. Adding it at checkout is the cleanest way to lock it in.

One pattern

Add the hour that changes everything downstream.

The Rewire is $997 during early enrollment. The private 1:1 adds $1,000. Together, $1,997 — the deepest version of the work, paid in full.

Early enrollment closes September 7, or when the cohort fills.
